It is very easy to book a game room with us! Just click the ‘Book Now’ button above and select your room, date/time, and number of players (4-6 people per game). You will be sent a confirmation email with details of the time and date.
Our online booking system allows you to book a maximum of 6 people per hour, HOWEVER we can actually host up to 20 people per hour (across our 3 rooms)! To book more than 1 room per hour, please call us: 0796 110 706
PRICES (per person, per game)
- Adults : 2000 ksh/person
- Players under 18 years : 1800 ksh/person
- Groups with over 10 people can qualify for our ‘large group’ discounts, if discussed in advance with Escape Room Kenya.
PAYMENT
For all online bookings, we ask that you please pay by MPESA using our PAYBILL number: 651445 (account number is your name). You will be asked for the 10-digit MPESA confirmation code during the booking. Once this is received by our team, your booking is considered confirmed! If MPESA is not an option for you, we also accept cheques, cash and bank transfers.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Bookings are only final a (minimum) 50% deposit is received by Escape Room Kenya
- Payments may only be done via MPESA for online bookings, and all payments are final
- Cancellations are only possible more than 48hrs before scheduled game (with 50% refund). Cancellations with less than 48hrs notice cannot be refunded.
- Rescheduling of a game can be done with 24 hours notice before the schedule game
- Clients will be asked to sign a waiver prior to playing each escape game room
- Clients under 18 will need a parent/guardian to sign a waiver for minors
- Escape Room Kenya staff reserve the right to refuse entry to any clients whom staff deem may do harm to themselves, to others, or to the property.
- Clients agree to arrive 15 minutes BEFORE their scheduled game. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes AFTER the scheduled game time may not be able to play that day – and the group will lose 50% of their original deposit. If rescheduling is possible, Escape Room Kenya staff will do their best to help with this, though the group will still lose 50% of their deposit.
Escape Room Kenya counts on your punctuality in order to host teams in booking slots that are 1.5 hours apart. We ask you to arrive 15 minutes before time so that others may enjoy the game rooms after your group.
